• Responsible for leading a team of approximately 15 persons involved in the delivery of L1/L2 Support IT Services and Projects
• Involved across the service lifecycle from strategy, through design and transition into operation and continual service improvement
• Manage operationally external and internal service providers, and all other involved parties to assure SLA is met
• Evaluation, planning and implementation of IT infrastructure changes and improvements
• Cooperation within IT global scope projects (being part of international teams)
• Establishing and maintaining good customer relationship incl. customer satisfaction monitoring, leading actions to improve satisfaction
• Active and constructive interaction with colleagues involved in the projects
• Supervise, train, and guide team members
• Monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met
• Manage IT asset: standardization, planning and implementation

Candidates are expected to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT service management (SLAs, contract/vendor management, etc.) in mid/large scale environments
• Background and experience in minimum one of technology areas Infrastructure/Network/Cloud Operations/Telephony
• Practical experience in implementing new IT services in a global environment (service catalogue implementation and improvements)
• Knowledge of IT Security and GDPR
• Knowledge of any of the following technologies: Cisco, AWS, Azure, Dell, VMWare, Jira/Service Now
• Previous experience in Microsoft Windows, O365, Network support
• Certified in IT Service Management
• Certified in Project Management
• Good English is required and other languages are of advantage
• Experience in FMCG Industry is a plus
