AP/AR Accountant

Your responsibilities

• Act as an ERP system user: support, train, and troubleshoot ERP issues; assist with system development
• Handle accounts receivable processes in cooperation with external accounting team: invoicing, payment applications, and collections
• Manage accounts payable: accounting documents flow, vendor invoice processing, tax checks, payment scheduling
• Act as the administrator of the invoice flow system
• Reconcile aging reports and monitor AP/AR accounts
• Reconcile prepaid expenses and bank statements (including foreign currencies)
• Control over balance sheet account valuations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, including audits
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues

Our requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Good knowledge of general accounting and tax regulations
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Accuracy in data entry, self-checking, and task ownership
• Ability to prioritize and manage time independently
• Fluent English (min. B2)
• Experience with SAP Business One
• Additional languages: Hebrew

At Huuuge Games, were looking for an AP/AR Accountant to join our Accounting & Reporting team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable and receivable processes while also supporting the development and maintenance of our ERP systems.

This position reports directly to the Accounting Operations Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.
