We are looking for an Accounts Payable Junior Specialist/Specialist who will join our client - an international production company based in Poznan.
Tasks:
- You will check, assign and post supplier invoices and credit memos as well as recurring documents and debit notes using SAP.
- You will create and process supplier payments and manage guarantees.
- You will be responsible for maintaining, reconciling and clarifying supplier accounts as well as vendor master data.
- You will be responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities, prepare business evaluations, variance analyses and assist with ad-hoc analyses and reports.
- You will contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- You will perform other duties as required within AP process.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields.
- More than two years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Proficiency in German and English.
- SAP knowledge is a must-have.
- Good communication skills, being a team player and enjoying working within an international environment.
