Our client is urgently looking for an Android Auto Developer. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and integrate Android-based applications and services for automotive infotainment systems. Work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality infotainment solutions. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Android Auto applications to ensure reliability and performance. Focus on enhancing the user experience by implementing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure all developments comply with automotive industry standards and regulations. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Android Auto systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Skills : Proficiency in Java and Kotlin. Strong understanding of Android SDK and Android Studio. Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.G., CAN, LIN). Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for automotive applications. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Other desired skills: - Excellent communication in English language - German language skill is a massive bonus Fully remote, however, you may be required to travel occasionally to meet client or attend conferences
