Twój zakres obowiązków

• Transform customer service and internal processes through chatbot and voice automation solutions
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot
• Build a Single Customer View platform to centralize customer interactions
• Work in a highly collaborative environment using Microsoft's latest technologies

Nasze wymagania

• Minimum 3 years as an AI Solution Architect
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Copilot
• Experience designing or integrating chatbot solutions is a big plus
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (English)
