Position

Were currently looking for a candidate for our client in the life science industry. As an AI Project Manager, you will play a central role in orchestrating and managing Artificial Intelligence projects within the AI/Reference Data team. Work model: 100% remote from Poland, full‑time job.

You Will Be Successful In This Role If

• You have proven experience in managing projects, ideally in AI or data‑driven environments.
• You can effectively analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• You have a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and data integration processes.
• You are familiar with Azure AI Foundry or other cloud‑based AI platforms.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with cross‑functional teams.
• You are highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• You focus on delivering results while maintaining high quality standards.
• You continuously look for ways to improve processes and solutions.
• You are proactive, curious, and eager to explore new AI technologies.
• You can work independently while staying aligned with overall business objectives.

Tasks Waiting For You

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Lead follow‑up meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Act as the main liaison between business, technical, and development teams.
• Supervise testing and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Support seamless integration of AI solutions within the company’s information system.
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements.
• Stay up to date with AI trends and propose relevant innovations.
