The AI Innovation (Digital Health) Manager, Commercial BI&T, Europe based in Warsaw (PL) will be at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital health technology, applying sharp commercial mindset and enthusiasm for driving innovation across patient journey. The AI Innovation (Digital Health) Manager, Commercial BI&T, Europe will identify, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI and digital health solutions-sourcing ideas both from within BMS and through external collaborations with digital health partners, startups, and technology leaders. The person will turn business and patient care challenges into transformative opportunities, accelerating growth, strengthening differentiation, and redefining value across the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forging strong partnerships with commercial leaders across Europe to uncover high-impact opportunities on the patient journey where AI and digital health solutions can transform outcomes in our priority therapeutic areas.
  • Scouting, evaluating, and implementing breakthrough AI-powered digital health solutions by leveraging internal capabilities and external partnerships—improving patient outcomes and enhancing the way we conduct business to drive BMS growth and bolster the portfolio differentiation.
  • Facilitating collaboration across internal teams and with external innovators—including healthcare providers and technology companies—to co-develop and pilot new digital health solutions, ensuring a steady inflow of fresh ideas and approaches.
  • Crafting compelling business cases that energize investment and mobilize cross-functional support, translating complex AI and digital strategies into clear commercial growth for the organization.
  • Orchestrating seamless delivery from concept to launch by aligning diverse teams—Marketing, Sales, Medical, BI&A, Legal, Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement—behind bold commercial ambitions.
  • Maximizing deployment by setting clear, ambitious impact metrics and rigorously tracking performance, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value for patients and drives business momentum.
  • Inspiring a culture of innovation and agility, empowering teams to challenge conventions, embrace new technologies, and fuel sustained growth through both internal and external AI-driven transformation across BMS.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MS, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree of relevance in AI-driven solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, hospital or in companies from digital health sector
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (both in English and local language)
  • Expertise in leading digital health programs, especially in hospital setting or direct or patient, is a strong advantage.
  • Successful track record of leading through influence and working across complex, global organizational matrices

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
