We are looking for an Agile Coach or a Product Owner with a strong background in Agile delivery to support our team in the proces of agile transformation.
Location: 3 days on site in Warsaw, 2 days remote
Duration: 1-2 months
responsibilities :
Attend and observe Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support team to identify areas of improvement within the teams Agile practices and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare and administer questionnaires to gather insights from team members and stakeholders.
Assist in conducting one-on-one interviews to understand individual
Review and analyze program documentation, project plans, and workflows.
Assist in assessing KPIs to evaluate project performance and identify trends or issues.
Assist in compiling findings into reports, presentations and collaborate with the team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, Scrum Masters, and business analysts.
Facilitate open communication to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Advocate for best practices in Agile delivery and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Agile Coaching: Provide guidance to team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Mentorship: Support less experienced team members to enhance their skills and performance.
requirements-expected :
The ideal candidate will have expertise in coaching and leading Agile ceremonies and analyzing program documentation and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations to improve project outcomes. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their ways of working, challenges and things they would like to change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile
environment.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is highly
desirable.
Skills and Experience:
Agile Delivery Expertise:
Experience of working in agile frameworks such as LESS and/or SAFE and making adaptions to meet the ways of working.
Proven experience in enhancing Agile delivery within teams.
Experience in ci/cd concepts and release on demand concepts.
Experience of working in a distributed team.
Experience of working in face paced consultative environment.
Strong ability to analyze complex program documentation and interpret KPIs.
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
Knowledge of using Jira/Confluence.
Strong organizational facilitation and communication skills (both written and oral) in Polish and English.
Experience in preparing questionnaires and conducting interviews.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
Adept at active listening and fostering a collaborative environment.
Proactive in identifying issues and offering innovative solutions.
Ability to think critically and strategically to drive project success.
