You will be responsible for support and facilitation of multiple teams working on connected ecosystem of TMS products & services. You will work jointly with other Agile Coaches, Agile Masters in the teams & Leadership Team in three closely connected Tribes.
You will work in an international, cross-functional, and distributed team. You will lead the way in continuous improvement of our agile ways of working, bringing the latest market practices and applying them to our context.
responsibilities :
Drive agile evolutionary change on different levels of organisation
Facilitate evolution and improvement of agile practices tailored to the needs of the teams
Develop standards and requirements for the agile processes
Lead, train & coach different teams in adoption of relevant agile methodologies and tools
Enable teams’ orchestration & focus through quarterly planning
Facilitate formulation & communication of meaningful goals and objectives
Support visualisation, simplification & orchestration of dependencies between the teams
Support team with meaningful insights on their Ways of Working based on data
Adjust & configure Jira for better visualisation of work on different levels (Squad, Tribe, Division & Portfolio)
Organise and deliver training & workshops for different roles (Product Owners, teams, and Executive Leadership) to promote agility and foster knowledge exchange in organisation
