Duties • Coordinate and prioritize urgent spare parts requirements from Aftermarket and Commissioning teams through Jira and other internal systems • Create and manage spare parts of demands based on service requests, field failures, and commissioning requirements • Make purchasing decisions based on urgency, availability, and technical understanding, including whether to source locally, from stock, or initiate internal production • Create and confirm orders with suppliers and service providers • Organize and oversee same-day or next-day shipping processes in close cooperation with warehouse and logistics teams, including preparation of commercial documents and VAT reporting • Act as a key point of contact between Supply Chain and field-facing teams, ensuring clear communication and proactive follow-up • Drive urgent escalations to ensure critical customer requirements are met within required timelines
Required skills • English and Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level • Experience in supply chain, logistics, service coordination, aftersales operations, or spare parts planning. • Category B driving license • Experience working in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment will be considered an advantage. • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand drawings, part specifications, and equipment configurations. • Proficient in ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and make informed decisions under pressure. • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork • Flexibility - while the role is based on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to address urgent operational needs, in line with applicable labor law • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
