We are looking for a Data Entry to join a global healthcare technology company dedicated to enabling better, smarter, and safer healthcare through innovation and data-driven solutions.

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of customer data while supporting key business operations and system improvements. You’ll collaborate with an international team and contribute to maintaining high data quality standards that drive effective decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate customer and account data
• Analyze and correct data inconsistencies or errors
• Support deployment of new systems, including testing and validation activities
• Monitor data processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage dual data entry during system transitions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and accurate reporting
• Respond to internal requests and provide data-related updates

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce (required)
• Experience with Power BI (nice to have)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process efficiency
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Team-oriented and proactive in communication
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an asset

Compensation: PLN 6,900 – 7,700 gross monthly
