As a Line Manager, your role will be to shape and strengthen organisational capabilities in technical support and professional services, meeting the needs of our business owners. Youll achieve this by focusing on hiring, developing competencies, and optimising processes. Your leadership will be central to unlocking your teams potential and driving efficiency within the services domain. Beyond that, youll inspire innovation and proactivity across the organisation, ensuring that PacketFronts services department remains not only efficient but also an enjoyable and rewarding place to work.
Wymagania pracodawcy
Experience:
You have extensive experience as a people manager.
Youve been an integral part of service delivery and/or support organisations, with a solid understanding of the business processes in these domains.
Your career includes holding customer-facing roles, giving you valuable insight into client interactions and expectations.
Experience within following areas is of additional merit:
Experience from working in Telco sector.
Degree in engineering or similar field of studies.
