Job Description
As a Line Manager, your role will be to shape and strengthen organizational capabilities in technical support and professional services, meeting the needs of our business owners. Youll achieve this by focusing on hiring, developing competencies, and optimizing processes. Your leadership will be central to unlocking your teams potential and driving efficiency within the services domain. Beyond that, youll inspire innovation and proactivity across the organization, ensuring that PacketFronts services department remains not only efficient but also an enjoyable and rewarding place to work.
The Successful Applicant
Experience:
- You have extensive experience as a people manager.
- Youve been an integral part of service delivery and/or support organizations, with a solid understanding of the business processes in these domains.
- Your career includes holding customer-facing roles, giving you valuable insight into client interactions and expectations.
Experience within the following areas is of additional merit:
- Experience from working in the Telco sector.
- Degree in engineering or a similar field of studies.

- You thrive on working with people, supporting them in achieving their organizational and personal goals.
- You are an excellent organizer and coordinator, adept at keeping things on track.
- You have a strong technical understanding.
- You enjoy engaging with customers and are skilled at managing challenging and complex customer situations.
