Accounting Team Leader role purpose is to drive all of the accounting process on the designated market, lead the team of accountants, and to be business partner with TwiningsOvo business. This role presents a great opportunity to be part of a Finance HUB and help shape the way we work in the future. It will offer exposure across our global business and will provide opportunity for growth and development.

Role responsibilities:
- You will be leading the accounting processes for multiple business units in multiple jurisdictions within TwiningsOvo
- You will act as a subject matter expert in regard accounting queries for your team,
- You will be leading your team, motivating, supporting and coaching on a daily basis
- The role requires hands on approach and involvement in daily operations (50%)
- You will act as the key contact point for escalations
- You will be driving continuous process improvement and highest service standards
- The role may require occasional travel to meet with the TwiningsOvo business units
Role requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent: ACCA / CIMA)
- General accounting background with at least 5 years of experience
- At least 3 years in people management roles
- Fluency in English language. Knowledge of French or German would be an advantage
- Previous experience in ERP (i.e. SAP)
- IFRS general knowledge
- Practical experience in month end and year end close activities
