We are looking for the position of:

• Accounting Specialist

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance & Accounting or Economics
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
• Accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of accounting programs (XL, Optima, DMS-will be an asset)
• Working on financial projects
• Purchase Orders Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent spoken and written English language
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Problem Solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Accustomed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Key Activities & Accountabilities:

• Executing daily accounting activities for ZEN’s entities
• Month End Closing activities -preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliation, P&L Check and maintenance general ledger accounts,
• Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards (e.g. Polish Accounting Act) and International Financial Reporting Standards), reporting and submitting Statistical Reports, Declarations
• Tax Compliance: Calculating and filling various taxes (including: Corporate Income Tax, Deferred Tax, VAT-JPK, Withholding Taxes in compliance with Polish Tax Regulations)
• Supporting in calculation salaries, wages, bonuses and deductions for employees (handling related payroll taxes and social security’s contributions).
• Assistance in the development of budget (providing data needed on request)
• Providing documentation and assistance during internal audits/ Tax Auth. Inspections
• Analysis financial data to assess performance, identify trends and provide insights for management decision-making
• Purchase Order Management for business entities
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• R&D process assistance
• Striving to optimize processes
• Developing and executing action plans that result in quality, productivity, and cost-saving
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders
