Scope of activities:

 Raising, checking and sending out electronic invoices to European customers on a timely basis,

 Dealing with queries from clients/customers,

 Resolving any outstanding queries,

 Assisting other departments where possible.

Requirements:

 Very good command of Spanish and good English,

 Experience in customer service or accountancy,

 MS Office and SAP knowledge will be an asset,

 The effectiveness and consistency in action,

 Ability to build and to maintain good working relationships with clients and staff,

 Excellent communication and organization skills.
