Accounting InternMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Tasks:

• Support the AP team in processing supplier invoices and performing data entry.
• Assist in verifying invoice accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Help with reconciliation of vendor accounts and invoice tracking.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to support invoice approvals and payment processing.
• Participate in month-end closing support and financial documentation archiving.
• Learn to work with accounting systems (e.g. SAP) and follow internal controls and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Are currently studying Finance, Accounting oe Economy or related fields.
• Have a basic understanding of accounting principles and an interest in pursuing a career in finance.
• Communicate fluently in English (min. B2).
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Are available to work full time preferably from early June to late September.
• Have working knowledge of MS Excel and feel comfortable in a digital environment.
