Job Objective

The objective is to provide support to a system called “Accounting Data Hub” , with users in Madrid, London, New York, and LatAm. The resource will join project/development teams if no support activity is required. There is an opportunity to do both support and some development. The system Accounting Data Hub is a repository for accounting information and is part of the data lakes which serve as the golden source of data for the bank.

Requirements

1. Experience: 2 – 5 years in support and/or development.
2. Main Tech Knowledge Required: Spark and Qliksense.
3. Available Work Hours: Monday – Friday, ideally 13:00 – 20:00 or 16:00 – 00:00, with the option to mix shifts (changing every week, every 2 weeks, or every month).
4. Offices: Ideally 2 days in the Warsaw office, but can try to move to 1 day after some time.
5. Nationality: Any nationality is valid; a decent level of English is required.
6. On-call Night Shifts: Must be available for approximately 3 on-call night shifts per month (at home with a mobile phone). On-call hours are Tuesday – Friday from 00:00 – 08:00 and Saturdays from 00:00 – 08:00. There are no on-call duties on Sunday & Monday nights.
7. Activation: Expected once a month on average, with a duration of 3 – 4 hours.
