Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Run all the transactions, reporting, and taxes for Polish Sp. Z o. o.

- Support our specialists working via B2B in Poland (consulting, assisting with reporting and tax payments, timely notifications of upcoming payments, and submitting documentation)

- Conduct day-to-day accounting for Sp. Z o. o. for all the operational matters (rent, daily expenses, other operational expenses)

- Keep all the financial data and reports up-to-date and comprehensive

- Track changes in tax legislation and find the best ways to maintain financial records

Requirements:

- Location in Warsaw

- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

- 5+ years of experience in accounting and taxes within Polish legislation

- Experience running accounting and taxes for Sp. Z o. o. and B2B contracts

- Strong knowledge of accounting practices and procedures under Polish regulatory standards

- Deep knowledge of Polish and international taxes and their specifics

- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems

- Good level with MS Excel/Google Sheets

- Fluency in Polish and English languages

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in accounting and taxes in the IT sphere

- International qualifications and certifications like CAP/CIPA, ACCA, etc
