Responsibilities

• Support daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Polish accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assist in preparing VAT, CIT tax returns, and statutory reports.
• Coordinate with payroll providers for accurate payroll and expense records.
• Conduct monthly and yearly closing activities, organizing supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting records for audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations to gather financial data.
• Participate in improving accounting processes and controls.
• Support external audits and tax inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax laws.
• Familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
