We are looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing the service provided to our international clients in the technical industry, including recruiting specialists such as electricians, mechanics, pipe fitters, and others. Our operations span Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, and other countries.
- Coordinating the flow of information between clients, candidates, employees, and internal company departments (payroll, recruitment, orders).
- Ensuring timely recruitment of suitable candidates.
- Communicating with recruited employees regarding their onboarding and resolving any ongoing issues.
- Overseeing compliance processes.
- Collaborating with external payroll providers to ensure accurate salary calculations.
- Collecting client orders and ensuring their fulfillment.
- Quickly handling on personnel rotations and filling vacancies.
- Visiting clients to provide ongoing support and negotiate cooperation terms.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience working on international projects.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and a technical education background are highly desirable (ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists).
- Valid driving license (Category B).
- Proactive approach, initiative, and a strong desire for growth and development.
- Willingness to travel internationally (5-10 trips annually).
