We are looking for an Account Manager with a consultative sales mindset to join our dynamic and ambitious team. While new client acquisition remains part of the role, the top priority is managing and developing leads from our existing clients.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a Value Added Sales (VAS) approach focusing on building tailored, high‑value solutions. Youll play a key role in nurturing high‑potential accounts, identifying opportunities within our client ecosystems, and acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams — with a strong focus on international cooperation, especially in the UK & Ireland markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with an assigned client portfolio (C‑level/department heads), ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and grow international accounts, with emphasis on clients in the UK & Ireland (regular touchpoints in GMT, ability to travel for on‑site meetings/QBRs as needed).
  • Identify business needs, shape solutions (IT services/outsourcing/projects) and proposals; negotiate terms (MSA/SOW).
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts: upsell/cross‑sell, build pipeline, forecast, and report results.
  • Work closely with Delivery/PM and technical teams to ensure scope, quality, and SLAs are met; manage risks and escalations.
  • Partner with Recruitment to staff client roles or IT projects (profiling requirements, prioritization, start timelines).
  • Run status meetings and QBRs, present KPIs/NPS, and recommend account growth actions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), monitor market/competition, and drive account‑based initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross‑border delivery (nearshore/onshore), align with client procurement and governance practices in the UK/Ireland, and ensure compliance (e.g., GDPR; awareness of IR35 context on the client side).

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in an Account Manager role (preferably in IT or professional services).
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Proven experience working with international stakeholders; UK & Ireland client exposure strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise/corporate clients.
  • Independence, initiative, and goal orientation.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to co‑create solution‑based proposals for enterprise clients.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting in collaboration with leadership.
  • Understanding of IT Delivery processes and collaboration with technical teams and recruitment delivery teams.
  • Experience working in a 360 model or as an IT recruiter—an understanding of the full client–candidate lifecycle will be a strong plus.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with UK/IE procurement cycles, frameworks, and contracting nuances; ability to operate across time zones and cultures; readiness for short business trips to the UK/Ireland.
