Your responsibilities

  • Aligning to the Ideal Customer Profile Strategy to identify and qualify new accounts leading to a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities
  • Working closely with Sales Development Representatives to proactively target prospects using compelling and persuasive outreach
  • Working collaboratively with Solutions Consultants, you will lead product demonstrations and meetings, demonstrating the value of SALESmanago by adopting a consultative sales approach.
  • Creating solid sales proposals to convince prospects of the value of
  • SALESmanago, you will strive to exceed productivity and quota expectations
  • Negotiating contracts with clients, enrolling support from Legal, Finance and Sales Management
  • Forming close relationships with clients and working alongside Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding and adoption process
  • Following the required sales process and keeping Salesforce records accurate and clean
  • Appropriately enroll management and supporting teams to continually deliver value throughout the sales cycle
  • Ensure revenue goals are met
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and company products/solutions

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C/E-commerce software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1)
  • Familiarity with foreign markets across the EU
  • Demonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota in a software or SaaS company, including a proven track record of new business sales.
  • Experience selling software products and solutions to C-level and VP-level executives and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Enjoys working in a structured, targeted environment to challenging KPIs. Coupled with a process and task-oriented approach
  • To be self-motivated to meet goals, but also able to work as part of a team, and embraces collaboration
  • High levels of self-awareness, self-motivation, ownership, innovation, and adaptability
  • A deep understanding of prospects’ needs allows you to design sales processes that solve a customer’s challenges
  • Exceptional personal, verbal, and written communication skills, prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to work with clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
