We are seeking a highly dedicated and analytical Identity Management Specialist to join our team. As part of the IAM Support organization, you will play a key role in managing identity processes, safeguarding the organization from operational risks, and supporting HR transformations. Reporting to the IAM Support Manager, you will provide second-line support for user accounts and access to IAM applications.

Your tasks

  • Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (J/M/L) processes to ensure seamless identity lifecycle management
  • Review and process incoming tickets by adding instructions and forwarding them to the appropriate teams, ensuring proper tracking and progress
  • Coordinate actions with Level 1 support teams and oversee ticket resolution throughout its lifecycle
  • Handle incidents ranging from simple tasks like renaming user accounts to complex operations in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and analyze data from various sources, leveraging advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups) to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, creating and executing queries as needed
  • Verify and troubleshoot user accounts and access using Active Directory
  • Extract, compare, and analyze data across systems to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Support global security-related processes, ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to create and execute T-SQL queries
  • Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals and incident management
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with business teams and customers
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Residing in Poland required
