requirements-expected :
8+ years of progressive experience in IT Service Operations or Service Management roles
2+ years of experience as Manager in international organization
Proven team management and leadership skills, with a track record of cultivating team growth and collaboration
Ability to manage remote teams by leveraging virtual collaboration tools, maintaining regular communication, and addressing challenges effectively.
Strong understanding of ITIL practices and principles, with proven experience in incident, problem, and change management
Proficiency in using IT service management tools and systems for incident tracking, problem resolution, and reporting
Fluent English – written and spoken
SAP certification in one or more SAP modules, or completion of other professional SAP training is a plus
ITIL or Agile certification is a plus
Solid grasp of key business domains, such as Order to Cash, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Finance, to ensure holistic operational alignment
Good understanding of SAP configurations, data model, enhancements, and integration across different modules
Experience in Continuous Development and Continuous Delivery
Experience in change management methodologies and tools (SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, etc.)
Willingness to share knowledge, train others and act as a mentor to less experienced team members
