  • About the role
  • Once you have completed our recruitment process, you will become a member of the FDM Graduate Program which provides comprehensive preparation and support through a new role. This includes an intensive several-week education followed by on-the-job experience on the clients side, under the guidance of mentors and experts.
  • By joining the FDM Program, you will be following a chosen learning path among the available Practices. FDMs Skills Lab will also equip you with knowledge and skills in a broader field of practice, providing you with numerous future career opportunities and significant flexibility in the job market.
  • After completing the education program, you will have the opportunity to immediately gain experience and apply your skills in practice by joining internal FDM initiatives as well as external client projects. You will assume the role of Manual Tester for one of the largest banking and financial services institutions based in Krakow.
  • Your responsibilities as an FDM Consultant will encompass ensuring software quality by designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, performing regression and exploratory testing, documenting results, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing testing practices. The program guarantees a minimum of 18 months of employment, complemented by continuous developmental support and mentoring.

requirements-expected :


  • You have completed a bachelors or masters degree.
  • You demonstrate experience from area studies or specialised courses.
  • You possess English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • You are ready for full-time employment for 18 months.
  • You are currently located in Poland and have permission to work here.
