VENS is a company specializing in outsourcing of engineering services, management, support and implementation of investment projects.

• Expansion of the existing plant – production and warehouse areas
• Onsite project coordination including design supervision, construction site management
• Responsibility for planning and spending the CAPEX budget
• Ensuring project implementation in accordance with internal standards, local legislation, with the support of Engineering Team
• Cooperation with other teams, offices and GRC consultant in the scope of design approval, official permits for work and exploitation
• Cooperation with internal team in the field of HSE, industrial safety, controlling, project cost control, planning, production
• Supervision and cooperation with general contractor and subcontractors
• Managing the construction stage including HSE, food safety, GMP, security aspects, contractor management
• Reporting of project status, project reviews, schedule updates
• Implementation of internal corporate procedures
• Place of work: Płońsk

• Higher engineering education, knowledge of civil design, construction and utilities, government requirements and permissions 
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering
• At least 3 years of projects, people nad contractor management experience
• Technical specifications preparation experience
• Ability to present concepts, engineering solutions and reporting
• Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the food industry is preferred
• Knowledge of technical drawing, AutoCAD, MS Office package
• Knowledge of GMP, CQV, IL6S, FM global standard
• English language B2
