We pay great attention to psychological tests, which give us a broad picture of both what kind of employee a given company is looking for and what company a given employee fits into. What information do I need to provide to create an account?

We will need your basic data, your experience, you will also be asked to complete psychological and technical tests. We encourage you to record a short video in which you answer a few simple questions and tell a few words about yourself. The more details you give us, the better match we can create with your future employer!

• Seasoned in Backend: You have at least two years of hands-on experience building applications with Backend (and you must have a desire to develop in Ruby on Rails technology)
• Database Savvy: Whether its SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, you know your way around databases.
• API Pro: Youre comfortable working with and creating APIs that are as robust as they are efficient.
• Communication Ace: You possess strong communication skills and at least a B2 level of English to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Version Control Guru: Youre familiar with git and the git-flow process, ensuring smooth transitions and version tracking.
• Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, ember.js and/or React
