Higher education in IT or technical related, management or equivalent experience.
Min. 4-years of development experience with RPA platforms, Blue Prism (UiPath/other will be an asset), and object-oriented programming language.
Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in Enterprise Application/Information Integration area.
Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions (creation, modification, extension).
Knowledge of network communication standards (e.g. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).
Knowledge of relational databases.
Experience in SCRUM/Agile.
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
Very good English language skills in speaking and writing.
